Your use of the WoodenPrints.com.au website and purchase of the products from it means that you do agree to these terms and conditions.
Buying from WoodenPrints.com.au
You can order products online via this website;
When you place an Order for a Product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you have placed an Order online we will send you an email confirmation that we have received it.
This email confirmation is produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details.
We will check the availability and contact you with a further email or phone call if any items are not available and either place on backorder or process a refund if required.
Wooden Prints Australia may cancel any order and not supply if it is deemed reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion.
If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
By purchasing from WoodenPrints.com.au website you agree to allow us to use photos of your order on our website and social media pages. We do not photograph or use all orders as examples of our works, this is at our discression.
If you do not wish to have your order photographed and used in our marketing or on the WoodenPrints.com.au website then please make a note on your order.
The price for each Product is shown on WoodenPrints.com.au in Australia Dollars. Whilst we always try to ensure the prices on WoodenPrints.com.au are accurate, errors may occur.
If we make an error in pricing of the products in your order we will let you know as soon as possible using your supplied contact details. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we do cancel your order, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
We ship your items using a combination of Australia Post and Couriers. While the majority of shipments arrive undamaged and on time there are occasions where the contracted delivery company might experience delays or loss. In these rare cases you agree to allow us the standard 10 day investigation period required by shipping partners before we will either resend of refund your items.
You must pay for your order before it is dispatched and order will be dispatched within 3-10 days of payment being received.
You can do so by Afterpay or PayPal or Credit Card.
Payment is processed when you commit to buy and process your order online.
